FAQs

  • A GHG baseline report helps you understand your current greenhouse gas emissions. It typically takes a month to gather the necessary data from you, followed by a couple of weeks to analyze the information and create a digestible report. Using this data, the reduction report outlines steps you can take to reduce your GHG emissions, and typically takes an additional month to create. These reports can be used on their own or as the foundation of the Sustainability Action Plan, which is especially usful in the transformational change plan.

  • Partnering with us could provide several financial benefits:

    1. In helping you navigate the sustainability landscape, we craft strategies that are transparent, measurable and authentic, which avoid greenwashing, and therefore, help to protect your brand from negative greenwashing claims, fostering long-term customer loyalty.

    2. As younger customers increasingly ask for sustainability and transparency from their favourite brands and influencers, we can help you meet these expectations by positioning your brand as a trustworthy sustainability brand.

    3. We could offer alternatives to your business as usual operations that both reduce GHG emissions and costs.

    4. We can help you align with policies (like the EU’s CSRD) to preventatively avoid government fines.

  • We are not an auditing body but we absolutely can help you navigate the complex world of sustainability compliance, identify which certifications best suit your business and how much they cost.

In terms of policies and reporting, we are most familiar with the Global Reporting Initiative’s frameworks and the regulations and directives that fall under the European Union’s Green Deal (like Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, Extended Producer Responsibility, Ecolabel for Textiles).

If you’re a small business or personal brand, the cost of certifications can be a barrier to being certified, so we can help you align with the initiatives you find appealing to streamline the application process if that comes around.

  • You can do it in several ways, which we will outline after assessing your current sustainability initiatives and how you convey those publically.

We do offer a publicly-facing sustainability report that presents your progress clearly, and with transparency, to inspire your customers. Please note that this is a communication report and not an audit.

  • We can work with your project's team lead to oversee the plan's implementation and act as an accountability partner to keep you on track with the roadmap.

  • Absolutely. Our founder, Isabelle, has a background in clothing design, so she understands the designer’s mindset and strives to create an environment in which sustainability and circularity are forms of creative expression and not constraint.

The design phase is typically where 80% of a product's environmental impact is determined. Therefore, we offer tailored designer workshops to integrate sustainable practices into your design process. Our goal is to empower your team to make informed, sustainable choices from the start.

During the process, we encourage meeting with the heads of production and finance to ensure the design changes are feasible.

  • Absolutely. We recognize the importance of having a team aligned on your sustainability strategy, so depending on your location, we can offer in-person or virtual workshops.

In-person has the added benefit of seeing your employees interact in the workplace so we can note how your space can optimize sustainability.

In either case, we would love to connect with you, so please get in touch to see how we can develop an in-person or virtual program that best suits you and your team.

  • Depending on the scope and industry of the project, we partner with hand-selected Harvard and Rhode Island School of Design trained experts to deliver the most comprehensive plan possible.

  • Yes. We have a network of biomaterial suppliers, so we can mediate between them and your creative and business teams to find your biomaterial of choice.

We can also guide you on incorporating these biomaterials into your products to help you innovate while staying true to your brand's values.

  • This is a common challenge and something we’re keen to solve. If you are in this situation, please reach out so that we can share our vision with you.

We do offer mediation between your creative and business teams and material suppliers to find a path forward.
